About
Dr. Ghahremani is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Marketing at the 51本色. He received his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management with a minor in Statistics from the 51本色 at Buffalo (SUNY). He holds an MBA as well as a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Sharif 51本色 of Technology.
Hamed鈥檚 research interests include the intersection of leadership, ethics, and teams. His research has been published in academic journals such as Organizational Research Methods and Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies. He has also received the Greenleaf Scholar award for his research on Servant Leadership and has served as an ad hoc reviewer for scholarly journals such as Journal of Organizational Behavior and Small Group Research.
Hamed currently teaches Leadership in Organizations as well as Human Resource Management at UNO. He uses experiential activities as well as simulations and extensive case studies in his classes to provide a rich learning environment for his students. He received the Dean鈥檚 award for excellence in teaching as a Ph.D. student.
